Shipping Policy - The Basics

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for both domestic and international orders. Items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We also provide Local Pickup for nearby customers. For International Orders, shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 3-5 business days.

  • International: 7-21 business days (varies by location).


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package's progress.

Additional Shipping Details

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or unforeseen weather conditions. In the event that your tracking information shows your package as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact USPS or your local postal carrier for assistance.
