Refund Policy - The Basics
At CraftCraze Treasures, we take pride in the quality of our handmade jewelry and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, certain restrictions apply. Handmade bracelets and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within five to seven business days.
Additional Refund Information
Custom and personalize orders are final sale and cannot be refunded. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
